Dhanwantari

Lord Dhanwantari, the supreme Lord of healing, is a generous and bountiful Moorthy who showers abundant blessings on his devotees. People who whorship the Lord are bestowed with sound health and a prosperous long life. 'Smrata-Matrarti-Nasanah' Srimad Bhagavatam states that the one who remembers the name of Dhanwantari will be cured and protected from all the diseases. Important offerings for the Lord Dhanwantari are Mukkudi, Dhanwantari Homam,Thamara Mala, Tulsi Mala,Thrukkai Venna, Palpayasam, Atta Kuzhambu, Venna Pazham, Ennaydal.

Mukkudi Nivedyam

Mukkudi Nivedyam is a very special offering to Lord Dhanwantari. It is prepared by using dry ginger, pepper, pomegranate peel, cumin seed, turmeric, rock salt (Induppu) and other such items of medicinal quality. It is offered to the deity during 'Usha- Pooja' on all Thursdays. Mukkudi Nivedyam is later on distributed to the devotees present on that occasion. This divine medicine is believed to be a curative for all kinds of abdominal problems.

Lord Sastha

Sarkara Payasam , Elluthiri, Ellu Payasam, Ada, Neeranjanam are the special offerings to Lord Sastha. As Abhishekam is an important offering for the Lord Sastha, it is done with milk, ghee, bhasma and tender coconut.

Lord Ganapathy

Lord Ganesha the son of Lord Siva and Goddess Parvathy is worshipped as the God of auspicious beginnings, wisdom, remover of obstacles and the Lord of art and science. It is auspicious to worship Lord Ganesha for the success of any venture by removing obstacles.

Ganapathy Homam, Karuka Mala, Naranga Mala, Appam, Appam Mootal, Ottayappam, Muttarukkal etc. are special offerings to Lord Ganesha.

Goddess Durga

Naga Raja & Naga Yakshi

 It is believed that Serpent Deities bring fertility and prosperity to their venerators. It is good to worship the Naga Raja & Naga Yakshi to get rid of ‘Naga Dosham’ and incurable diseases. Special Poojas are offered on the Aayilyam Day of Kanni Month and Thiruvonam Day of Makaram Month.
